Carol Ann has lived in Bradenton since 2019 having moved from the Panama City Beach area. In the time she has lived in Florida, Carol Ann has made short work of getting to know the places and people of Florida.  She obtained her Florida Real Estate license in 2014 and worked for McKenzie Real Estate in Panama City, Florida. While selling real estate Carol Ann also owned a successful vacation rental management company in Panama City Beach.  She is also a Licensed Community Association Manager.

Carol Ann moved to Florida after retiring from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department where she served the city for 20 years.  During that time, Carol Ann and her husband actively invested in and sold real estate.

Carol Ann adheres to the belief that anything is possible with hard work.
