Meet Carol
I have a BS degree from Troy University, in business, specializing in accounting. I have worked for national CPA firms in Louisiana and California, in tax, small business and audit. This strong accounting background enables me to help my customers make sound business decisions when purchasing and selling a home. I am certified in e-Pro, a certification as an Internet Professional and GRI, as a Graduate of REALTOR Institute, and I am currently working toward my broker’s license, and CRS designation. I am also attending classes many times yearly so that I may stay in top form to better assist my principles.
I believe everyone should own a home, and enjoy the opportunity to help people achieve that reality. In fact of my three college sons, two own homes and rent to roommates to help pay the mortgage. I am very knowledgeable concerning the joys, responsibilities and financial benefits of owning homes and investment properties along the Emerald Coast.
Each client I meet is unique with different needs,desires and expectations. I enjoy being a Realtor, working with my clients to provide them with the most individualized service as possible. I love what I do and I believe that shows.

My Mission Statement is that with each client I meet, I will provide the best service for each one I represent. I will never tell a client what they want to hear if it is not a reality. I will never enter into a client relationship where i know what is expected of me cannot be done in good faith. I will not enter into an agreement with a seller who is unrealistic in regards to proper pricing. When I am employed to a sell a clients home, I will make recommendations that can assist their homes value or help reduce it’s marketing time, even if it means telling them things they do not want to hear.
My aspiration is to never lose sight that my honestly, loyalty, understanding, accountability, and creativity are what makes me different from the real estate masses. I am readily accessible to my clients and the public. I shall always utilize a well-trained staff to assist me in the complex process of selling or buying a home. I utilize my time so as to spend my working hours assisting my clients. I treat all parties honestly and fairly and I shall always offere my services without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, ancestry, national origin, handicap or familial status.
I will always promote the best interest of my client. I shall strive to obtain the best price for my clients and I always disclose to my clients any facts that might affect or influence their decisions. I will show you that throughout my real estate career, I have always sought excellence. I have made a commitment to continue my education so that I may better serve my clients. Last August, Carol Parker was our real estate agent when we sold our Destin condo. We both have nothing but high praise for Carol’s performance during each step of the transaction. She was professional, stayed “On Top” of everything, kept us informed throughout the entire process and nurmerous times went the second and third mile to help make the sale easy on us. Since we were not local, she helped in numerous ways that most agents would not. She cleaned personal items from the unit and stored them for us until we could retrieve them, etc. I can’t say enough good things about Carol’s diligence, integrity, professionalism and friendliness.
